The Nature of Success:

Success occurs as the result of fulfilling a promise. It’s the capacity to honor our word. Since it is the result of discernment, it is characterized by simplicity, elegance and ease. For many people, the notion of success is vague, and confused with lots of activity. This isn’t success. Anyone can keep busy without going anywhere. That’s being driven. It’s a form of insanity.

The basic premise of this coaching work is that we are here to wake up to who we, and who others, really are, so that we all have the opportunity to contribute our unique gifts. To do this, we must become conscious conduits of energy, so that we bring our ideas, dreams and vision from metaphysical realty to physical reality with clarity, focus, ease and grace.

As a professional coach and member of the Academy for Coaching Excellence, I want to offer you a free 45 minute phone coaching session. The Purpose of Coaching:

The purpose or aim of coaching is to produce authentic action. Authentic in this sense simply means valid, reliable, accurate and coherent. Authentic action is consistent with our purposes, goals and core values – and therefore gives us a sense of meaning.

The Client’s Role:

To be authentic.
To be a willing partner with your coach.
To be willing to look, see, tell the truth, learn, and take authentic action to meet your goals.
To produce the results you want with the support of your coach.
To keep the agreements of the contract.

The Coach’s Role:.

To create a powerful partnership with you.
To help you gain clarity and focus about what you want and how to take action to do it.
To be a person in your corner to support you throughout this coaching experience.
To help you develop strategies and solutions that move you through obstacles toward meaningful goals that reflect your most valued intentions
To create structure and certainty in the process, as well as confidentiality, safety, and respect.
To keep the agreements of the contract.

In the model we will be using, the coach is not the expert. You are! The coach does not presume to know everything that you need to do or how to run your life, or know all your answers.
