Personal Observations

Over my 40 years, both as owner of a commercial real estate firm with a staff of 30 and in ministry with a congregation of 400-500 I regularly observed sincere, dedicated conscientious people struggling to come upon the right action to take around areas of relationships, careers, job options or health challenge alternatives. Often I sensed their frustration and a belief that if only they could come upon the “missing piece” the answers would be revealed and the puzzle solved.

Friends and family, while having the best intentions to offer support and guidance, are often too close to the situation or find it difficult to not project their own sense of “right” action steps.

I have also witnessed people who have had a tremendous amount of success in an area of life feeling that they have plateaued in some way and are unclear about next steps.

My personal breakthroughs during growing times have often been facilitated by professional, third party individuals who possessed certain coaching or mentoring skills.
